A catalyst for the rapid revenue growth of Ardence Inc.’s Enterprise software business, and the architect of the company’s 2007 acquisition by Citrix Systems, Inc., Jeff brings more than 20 years of executive management, sales, marketing, and engineering expertise to the leadership of IntervalZero.
As Ardence’s Vice President of Marketing Jeff drove the 100+% annual revenue growth of the company’s Enterprise software business from 2003 through 2006. After leading the successful sale of Ardence to Citrix, Jeff then led the process of integrating Ardence’s virtualization and software-streaming technology into the Citrix product portfolio. The Ardence product line was rebranded Citrix Provisioning Server in late 2007and has experienced rapid adoption throughout the Citrix channel.
Jeff joined Ardence – then VenturCom – in November 2003 as the company was launching its Enterprise software business.He developed all the product planning and go-to-market strategies for the software-streaming technology while also leading the marketing initiatives for Ardence’s core Embedded technology business, which represents the foundation of IntervalZero.
Prior to Ardence, Jeff was Vice President of Marketing at Adlex, Inc. of Marlboro, MA. He also headed product marketing for DataStage, a flagship product of Ascential Software Inc. of Westboro. MA.
Jeff has also held positions at Amulet, Inc., Acton, MA; Texas Instrument Software, Waltham, MA; InterSystems, Inc., Cambridge, MA; Unisys Corporation, Woburn, MA, and GTE Sprint, Burlingame, CA.
He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford.
