Download Support & Maintenance AgreementRTXAnalyzer is a diagnostic tool used for retrieving information that can help in evaluating system status and identifying potential system inefficiencies or other problem areas. The RTXAnalyzer retrieves operating system information, RTX installation information, Visual Studio information, boot.ini/bcdedit information, processor information, BIOS information, memory information and plug and play device information. It can optionally be used to gather system latency information.

Support Issues may be submitted via a login and password that was provided with your support agreement.
- In the U.S please call 1-800-334-8649. At the auto-answer prompt, please Press 3 for Support and then Press 1 for ETS or Press 2 for RTX.
- Outside the U.S. please call +1-781-996-4481 (Ext. 226) for RTX and +1-781-996-4481 (Ext. 225) for ETS
Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST (excluding U.S. holidays).
